Lost characters
On Plants v Zombies GW - I have lost all my characters. I am using a PS4. I have spent months getting all of these by saving coins. Help please..........

My sons also lost tons of charactres. We spent a lot of money on them.
Now, around 80% of stickers/characters are missing. I'm going to call EA and request support. If that will not help Im going to request refund as this is unaccptable.

From Feb 25th to March 5, all characters were unlocked for everyone, so no one was able to purchase any characters during this time. Unfortunately it was poorly communicated, and took many players by surprise.
Support fixed my issue, just wanted to come back to let everyone know they need to go through the proper steps to ensure they can rectify the issue.
