Now is 2019 and i still have the * same problem !!!
I got the same problem but I didn't know what cause it. After 3 times contact with technical supports, they told me the region is the root. Now I can't get refund because It's expired. Such an annoying policy from them. I can't find any opponents in whole SEA server. Is It possible? Steam is so much better than this. Wasting too much time and money on this sh!t.
