Today I restored my account and wanted to play the game Plants vs zombies garden warfare, which I bought a long time ago. But when you log in to your account, the game is not in the library and in the order history. As proof, I have a video walkthrough from this game where my EA id is visible. Attached a screenshot.

I have the same problem. I had no problem on Origin about the games. But when i installed the EA app they are disappeared from library and even if i went to the PvZ GW \ PvZ GW2 page it offered me to buy the games. But because these are my favorite games even if i didn't play them a long time i didn't uninstall them and just launched from Start menu of Windows 10. And they were marked as owned in the shop after all. But they appeared in installed games bar but not in my game library.
My recommendation is try to launch the games anyway if they are still installed. In my case the progress of the games and everything like achievements e t. c. are came back to normal.
The second bad thing came to the EA * is a broken (not included) invite system. You just can't to Join a Friend, Invite a Friend in a game. Not through a chat nor through the in game Overlay.
