Missing Gems from Pack - Account Issue

Hello, I am posting here because EA Live Chat  redirected me to the forums. I purchased/earned a pack but the Gems were never credited to my account. Since this is an account-specific issue, I need a Community Manager or Advisor to check my account and restore my missing Gems. Thank you
