Are you certain that you collected all of the Gnomes in the Great White North? By that I mean are you certain that the one you think is glitched is the one you are actually missing? The is one hidden in the Snowman near the village with the ice sculptures, a second hidden behind the wall in the mouth of the Yeti shaped mountain near the hockey rink, a third under the bridge over the frozen stream, a fourth at the lake where you need to shoot the mushroom button, the fifth where you need to drop over the cliff side and the sixth and last one were you need to shoot the button before entering the cave where the Yeti King is imprisoned. My first play through I missed the one at the lake but it's been too long so I can't remember what slot it occupied on the wall. If you got all of them for certain I've read that starting a PRIVATE match on Great White North at CRAAAZY difficulty with SPEED BOOST and LOW GRAVITY settings with No Plants just Zombies and then starting the game as a Plant and then switching to Zombies has worked for a number of people but honestly I have no idea if it will work for you.

Unfortunately I don't have a real solution if it's an actual game glitch- but many of the people experiencing it seem to have been able to get a workaround by doing Private play with various Crazy Settings and sometimes switching teams back and forth. Exactly which slot on the wall is missing the Gnome? Are you certain that it's one from the Great White North? It'd be terrible if you were getting this frustrated and the Gnome was legitimately missed on another map.
