Missing In-Game Currency After Plant Discard (Bug Report)

Hello I encountered a bug in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes where I recycled cards for Sparks, but did not receive them. I lost approximately 40,000 Sparks during this process. I have restarted the game...

I also have this issue and lost over 5,000 sparks. No one has helped me and I've essentially been ignored.
