missing my deluxe items on pvz gw2

Question

I just purchased the deluxe version from steam a week ago but i didn't received the items, when i saw i didn't had them I immediately contacted support, but everything ended up with "I would like to inform you that, the game has been sunset and all the services for the has been shut down. So, it is not possible to grant you the content in the game. Please reach out to your retailer. " so I contacted steam and they said to contact ea, I don't know what to do in this situation. I really need some help.

Responding kind of late rn, but I just never got the items. That's it, never got a "solution". sorry to hear you have the same thing, but I think I got this bug because I change my EA email right after I bought the deluxe edition on steam so the items bugged and I never got them, if you have this very specific error. idk the solution, and if you found out what happened and got the items or not, tell me what happened very curious to hear it.
