Hi. Did you understand the reason of your problem? Because I have the same situation right now and I want to find a solution to it.
Responding kind of late rn, but I just never got the items. That's it, never got a "solution". sorry to hear you have the same thing, but I think I got this bug because I change my EA email right after I bought the deluxe edition on steam so the items bugged and I never got them, if you have this very specific error. idk the solution, and if you found out what happened and got the items or not, tell me what happened very curious to hear it.
