Missing Spectacular Pack from PvZ Garden Warfare

I am no longer seeing the 40,000 spectacular pack in my sticker shop, and I am not getting any character pieces out of the other packs anymore. The only way I now seem to aquire a new character piece...

All of my toons are over lv 15 I'm missing 8 toons and I don't have spectacular character pack either..... Something is broke as much as people are stating other wise. I had it 4 hours ago and now I don't have it.
