Mount Steep: Medals Guide!

Hey everyone,

In this guide series, I will cover all the available medals in Mount Steep, along with how you can go about being able to obtain them. I will briefly cover how to actually get each of these medals, and provide links to my other guides that cover each specific medal if you want or need more information on it.

There are 50 medals available in this region, so it can actually take some time to get all of these medals. However, if you have not completed your other tasks yet in the region, you can work on earning these medals while you work on those tasks and quests. Medals do not give you rewards directly, but it is the only way to fully complete your region and unlock all of the items in Sergeant Peel's shop, and you unlock an exclusive item for purchase once you have collected all 50 Medals.

Adventure

• 1) Cheese Save Us!: Help Dandelion and complete the quest they offer you.
• 1) The Accompanied Ranger: Help Tumbleweed Ted and complete the quest he offers you.
• 1) All Over the Map: Help Exposition Al and complete the quest she offers you.
• 1) What Doesn't Vanquish You: Help Gilly the Kid and complete the quest they offer you.
• 1) Volcanic Interruption: Defeat Major Problem after completing the other story quests.

Sightseeing

• 2) Your Finest Tower: Jump between the 2 towers on top of the plant fort.
• 3) Heapin' Sheep: Add a sheep to the pile of the sheep.
• 3) Guide in the Wool: Add all 4 sheep to the pile of sheep.
• 2) Olde Timey: Get on top of the clock tower.
• 2) Ceci N'Est Pas Un Drill: Ride the large drill machine for an entire rotation.
• 2) YOLO Yo-Yo: Ride an elevator up and down. You can also achieve this quest in Goopy Gully at the Mines objective, by riding that elevator (for some reason).
• 2) Grilled Cheese: Jump into molten cheese in the region and get vanquished.

Shelf Stuffers

• 4) Golden Goldie: Collect 1 Golden Gnome in the region.
• 4) Golden Touch: Collect all 24 Golden Gnomes in the region.
• 4) Carbon Vivant: Collect 1 Diamond Gnome in the region.
• 5) Helper-In-Law: Collect a total of 100 Sheriff Badges in the region.
• 5) Merit Badge: Collect a total of 250 Sheriff Badges in the region.
• 5) Badges of Honor: Collect a total of 500 Sheriff Badges in the region.
• 5) Turn in Yer Badges: Buy an item in Sergeant Peel's shop.
• 6) Fond-DONE: Deliver all Fondue Pots in the region to Fondue Frank.
• 6) Chest Wishes: Loot 3 Common Chests in the region.
• 6) Wild Wild Chest: Loot all Common Chests in the region.
• 6) Worth its Weight in Chests: Loot 3 Golden Chests in the region.
• 6) Gold Rushed: Loot all Golden Chests in the region.

• 7) Sweet Well of Success: Bring a Crystal Dog dropped from the Treasure Yeti to the Strange Well successfully.

• 2) Unhitched: Destroy 5 Horse Hitches in the region.
• 2) Point Break: Destroy 5 Sawhorse Barricades in the region.
• 2) Vent on a Succulent: Destroy 25 Cacti in the region.
• 12) Champin' at the Quit: Vanquish a Champion in the region.
• 12) You Aren't the Champions: Vanquish 10 Champions in the region.
• 12) C You Later: Vanquish 100 enemies during a Battle Zone.
• 12) Battlesnake Oil: Vanquish a Battle Skirmisher.
• 12) Down Like a Leader Balloon: Vanquish a Battle Leader.
• 7) Himai-aw-yeah!: Vanquish a Treasure Yeti in the region.
• 13) ELUSIVE FOE: Safety Stan: Vanquish Safety Stan in the region.
