Level 46 glitch

I am under the assumption i played in a hacked lobby and my account was maxed out because of this. after logging off and then back on every character including ones i do not own has level 46 and my player level is maxed at 55. need help rolling back my save in some way to restore this as it take all the fun out of the game to have everything unlocked.
