Multiplayer Modes (as per GW2)

Hi,

In GW2 all multiplayer modes could also be played solo with AI teammates and enemies. Does the same functionality exist in Battle for Neighborville? If so - how?

Multiplayer keeps asking me for a Playstation Plus subscription - which I don't want to play the game.
