my characters from pvz 1 did not import to pvz 2
my characters from pvz 1 did not transfer to pvz 2... i recieved the stickers for my rank but my characters did not load. how do i import my characters?

- @EA_Andy i already did that and i only got my stickers for my rank but my characters never imported.
- @EA_Andy i re read your port about scrolling right and found the import. thank you for your help. finally it was resolved because i talked to so many of the support and no one was able to help me. Thank you again.

@Ghostelite510 @jazonvimpire @zearkazu0 - There was a cut off to be able to import and that date has now passed so it's no longer available.
As @realitysquared mentions in this post, it's still possible to get the characters.
