Dude im in the same boat as you. Im going through EA support currently and have been for 3 DAYS. We both did the exact same thing, which I didnt even get the gold. Basically EA right now is saying that my (and possibly your) account is not linked with steam correctly, leading to the Deluxe Edition content not being added. I'd say your best bet is to contact EA support, but I'm still trying to resolve the issue. If there is some other alternative that is faster and more efficent than contacting support. Tell ME and HIM. I'm so done with EA.
