So I guess after an hour of talking with one EA Support agent (who actually cared), they said that it most likely is an issue with their syncing program/software or whatever it is. So I guess we have to wait for them to roll out a patch. Which in order to do that either 1. Enough people on these forums complain about the issue, or 2. We wait for the ONE support guys feedback message to make it all the way to PvZ, gaining enough of their attention to ACTUALLY put out a patch. I honestly don't think any of these options are very likely to happen. I think we might just have to live without our extra items 😞
