@GutmanScaLot of effort in there! Some ideas I like, some I'm not sure about.
I'd mainly like to see the range reduced for scientist & the 3rd warp removed.
The one idea I really don't like (though I understand why you've suggested it) is making the respawn time longer if you're killed multiple times. If you're a support character, under attack by a lot of long-range or high-health, high-damage characters or being spawn-camped that would completely wreck your team's chances.

@ToastedSarnie Yes, a LOT of effort kkk.
I think the 3 warp ideia is not bad, but the cooldown and the "instant TP" are the main issues.
I actually think this would make supporting more difficult, yes, but it would make support players think more to act, not just going braindead trying to heal/revive someone, making them dependents on their team to help them survive to, consequently, heal/revive teammates.
