Never revived my "regifting zombie"

I spent 500 gems on the holiday "regifting zombie" and never revived it. I was able to get one through 2000 star tickets.
When I put in a complaint, Himachal S. EA Customer Experience, could only offer me 100 gems into my account. I never revived the 100 gems... I'm going going to email him again and ask for my full refund. There is no point I use spending money on gems if EA isn't going to, at least, give us out vertical currency back...
