[New Report] PvZ Heroes Crashing on Android

Have same issue here is my info

•Product: PvZh

• Platform: Android 14

• Device Model, Manufacturer, and Operating System Version: Samsung Z flip 4, 14

• Isolated to a specific network (cellular, Wi-Fi): yes/no (if yes, which): no, happens on cellular, several wifi networks and with both turned off.

• User ID: Can't get in to see

• Date/time issue occurred started again on 2/21/24 constantly

• What type of issue do you have? Game freezes when loading. If i tap the screen i get "pvz heroes keeps stopping" and the app forces closes

• Which mode has this happened in? Can't get to the point to pick a mode

• Which part of the mode? Above

• Summarize your bug:Above

• How often does the bug occur? constantly

• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

• What happens when the bug occurres: Same as everyone else it freezes

@wrials @bhigz88 Thank you. Your information has ben notated. I am keeping track of these and updates on the game. Waiting for the approvals and mobile approvals. Should not be much longer on these updates.
