New Sunflower Characters idea Hypno Flower

This is just an idea i had while playing the zombie quests. I was hoping for at least one person to see this and it maybe possible due to the "next upcoming shooter" (go to zeros' video https://youtu.be/7La8Kulyxi0).

Hypno Flower-Legendary

Very similar to the Royal Hypno Flower. Primary weapon is the Energy Pluse (reskin of the spore mist but pink). When the legendary meter is filled up its primary weapon turns into Hypno leech which has the same effects has the Hypno-shroom but damage scaled up and when you zoom in the primary weapon turns into Hypno Pulse a long ranged attack. For balancing maybe make the Hypno leech limited range and Hypno Pulse weaker (forcing the player to get up close) the meter take one more vanquish to fill up and maybe make it last longer.
