I wouldn't say she's the worst character on the plants at the moment, but she's definitely not what she could be. I actually love that idea of doing crit damage by attacking from behind. Maybe 25 per wave from behind and within a certain distance (discourage sniping, in other words), allowing you to effectively assassinate a character.
Removing some of her loud sound effects would be nice, too. The ninja character shouldn't be one of the loudest in the game. I'm fine with her being loud when using Fung Fu or Spore Shot, but the rest of the time she should be as quiet as, well, a ninja.
