Will not log in to my account

What’s up guy's for a long time I have been playing this game and automatically it will log into my iPhone account where I have the game saved and then one day I decided to play and it will not log into my account and I’m not sure why? Any ideas? Like once I open the app it starts to load and then it says logged into.(account) but nothing happens and wants me to open a new profile.
