Nintendo Switch Battle for Neighborville, And a Sale For It!

I always noticed that the Nintendo Switch edition of Battle for Neighborville was a Complete Edition (and therefore technically superior to the other versions of the game). However, I never assumed I would end up getting this version of the game, although this has changed as I am going to get a OLED Switch before Christmas. I have decided that I am going to buy the game for Nintendo Switch as well. I mean who would want no microtransactions and to be able to complete any Prize Map at any time?

Not only that, but I have heard that they are temporarily going to put the Nintendo Switch edition of Battle for Neighborville on special at a discounted price. So if anyone, and this includes myself by all means, is interested in getting the Nintendo Switch version of the game, now would be quite a good time to get it. A question I want to ask while I am here if anyone knows the answer to this, is because the sale will probably be over and I will probably not end up getting the Switch OLED until close to Christmas because of high demand is, am I actually able to purchase the game in any way without first owning the Switch, since I would like to buy the game with the reduced price, although I probably will not have the Switch until after this Black Friday Sale?
