No Gnome in Gnome Hunt Giddy Park

When the Gnome Hunt meter shows up there is no Gnome in Giddy Park. There is also no green beam. I've covered every square inch of Giddy Park and the meter never moves and no Gnome.  This has been the case since the event started. This happens whether in Private, Private with AI or Public mode.  I've done the clear cache exercise and no change.
