No Players PC Server change or combine of servers

Me and a friend of mine also just bought the game for PC.  We tried for a while to find matches and it seems like it was always just us.  Has the player base left completely?  I figured it would  be quite populated.  I am quite disapointed and will be looking for a full refund if i find out the game is dead and has no multiplayer.

To change the region for garden ops: when you are on the choosing to start a match-join a match- solo ops screen look at the bottom and it will have a button that says select region. I find europe region has the most players for garden ops.

For team vanquish and gardens and graveyards same thing on the first page where you choose multiplayer-solo ops- at the bottom there is a button.

I live in east coast and usually that time zone is dead during the day but europe always has multiplayer matches going.

Also you can ask friends to join a match if they are online. If you don't have many PC friends yet, you can add me. If I am on, I'll join your game.

Unfortunately judging by Player feedback on these forums for the last several months the PC community has largely abandoned the game for the next Big Thing making it difficult to find decent lobbies even for the more popular game modes; you'll find that the PS4 and XBox communities have remained much more populated by comparison.

Changing servers will have little to no effect. This is an issue with the matchmaking system and EA servers. It has been around since the original Garden Warfare. Neither Popcap or EA seem to be willing to resolve it.

I play on PC and never have issues getting games to pop. I do focus on TT games and the mystery portal when playing MP games so that may be part of it. I do occasionally get weird empty server problems but I leave that game and rejoin the queue and get a fuller game almost instantly afterwards so that seems to be more a server than player issue.

As others stated earlier I saw that in GW1 as well.

I wanted to buy this game for a long time because i was loyal player of pvzgw1 but i did not have a good pc for it. I bought it just now and for the last week am trying to join some MP suburbination but everytime i join it is empty. Same for gnome bomb and team vanquish. I usually play on evenings when the servers should be full, in my opinion. I do not see the reason why there are like 5 servers when they are almost empty. It is realy getting boring when u have to play only TT over and over again when you want to play multiplayer. I hope they will do something about that...

Same here. Loyal GW1 player on PC. The ONLY game mode I can ever find is Turf...period. I can never get into a multiplayer game of Team Vanquish, Gnome Bomb, Suburbination, Vanquish Confirmed or Mixed Mode. It is ridiculous that the only mode you can play in is Turf...all day...every day...24/7. I agree that I like to mix it up and want to play ALL of the game modes...but can never find anyone in those servers. Such a great game, it is sad that Turf is the only thing people on PC play. And now that we have a new cool map for the other modes it would be really great if people actually played them so that we can enjoy that new map!!!

do you have it on console if you do the servers are populated on those for some reason
