No wonder people say EA is the worst.

With my message I also included the screenshot of my cases and was wondering about the status. Maybe they wanted to reach out to me, maybe not. That's what I wanted to find out. But even that is not possible to get an answer on. Honestly, this is among the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

  • And now my earliest case is closed. Still no fix. Just false hope that I didn't believe because I knew that PVZ: BFN was not being worked on anymore years ago. Everyone is hopeless. No one wanted to help. Dead game, dead dev team, dead community. And yes, I'm tired of it all. Not a care in the world for me. Perhaps if I posted 5 years ago I would get help. Rip the customer off, take their money, and don't offer the bare minimum of support to the customer.
