If bought what was for me the last available sticker pack that contains only character pieces, but I still don't have 10 characters unlocked, buying other packs with a high likelyhood that they contain character stickers also don't give me the pieces anymore, i bought about 10 off them and didn't get any. is the chance so low or do i only unlock pieces with the pirate only packs for example?
There are ten characters in the game known as Legendary characters. Legendary characters are the hardest ones to unlock; 4 of them have the best chance of being unlocked by buying packs with the Gold seal on top and bottom (Fertilizer Fun Pack, Amazing Brainz Pack, Zany Zombopolis Pack), but take an extremely long time to unlock.

The other 6 characters can be unlocked by playing a lot of Infinity Time, with Infinite Infinity chests - at 25,000+ time shards collected - offering the best chance.
