not getting your charecters in plants vs zombies garden warfare

if you have the same problem than me i know its seriosly a problem so i got two spectacular packs and got a future cactus and an astronaut scientist i played for a couple of days and next thing i kno...

but i got them and they were in my sticker book for 2 days then poof gone i dont know what happened

So are they back?  Im a little confused?

Is the problem still occuring, or has it resolved?

    ok here is what im saying i had the future cactus and the astronaut for 2 days and then they dissapeared but im not so sure if they are the future cactus and the astronaut so can you like send me pictures of the future cactus and the astronaut because i honestly dont remember what they look like

        Could you please just search using google or something? It will save alot of time for everyone, including yourself.

        The character images are not hard to find.
