Obtained all super brainz cards and still cant get 2nd toxic brainz piece

I have obtained all the stickers for super brainz in the super brainz packs but still can't get the 2nd piece for toxic brainz. Anyone else having this problem? It's a little aggravating that I've spent countless hours obtaining all the stickers through these packs at 60k a pack and now I'm getting 7 consumables when I purchase the super brainz packs.
