@dddarunia3 This depends on which region you're talking about:
In Town Centre for Plants or Zombies, it is in Pressure Pier in the lighthouse.
In Mount Steep, it is located at Rocky Flats near the truck.
In Weirding Woods, it is located at Z-Tech Factory in the forested area with lots of trees!
