Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
No, I'm not experiencing any other technical issues in the game.
Up until now, I've logged over 140 hours playtime on this game with no issue - it's only been the past couple of weeks that this has been a problem.

@KrankiPantz It may be worth going through the basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and so on?
Please try these steps:
- Open Settings on the Xbox One
- In the Console section select Network
- Select Advanced settings
- Select Alternate MAC address
- Type in the alternate MAC address and press Enter
- You will have to restart the console for the change to take effect
To clear the cache:
- Turn off your Xbox One.
- Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on.

Same thing happened but nothing worked please help
