The ledgendary items that Rux sells, can those also be found in stickerpacks if you are lucky? So far Ive bought from Rux, the Rainbow flower and DarkKoala hat for Rose. And now might aim to buy ...

Most of what Rux sells is available from other sources in the game, but he does have certain things which are exclusive; if you check your blank areas in your sticker book you should note an "RX" notation which I have assumed means that it is available just from Rux. There are not many of them but it is likely that they will not appear in any Sticker Pack or other award channel.
As far as I know. the only Rux exclusive this time around is the dark bean, and I suppose one should count the classic gestures as well since you can't get them in packs.
Any other legendary or scrumptious items he offered can be got from sticker packs or infinity time.
