Its been a few weeks since my last post and over the weeks of testing I have to say the issue is still present.
At least once per day I still am getting the "Oops" message and it would seem other people are also having the same trouble.

I have also encountered another problem of the game freezing after the ad had played and you get no reward. This has occurred 3 times in the past week.
