Paid 20 Bucks- Didnt get my packs

I paid 20 bones for some packs, PVZ Heroes never gave me my packs, I have a digital receipt but I would either like a refund or my packs.

EA don't shutdown GW1 for the PS3. It's still a very active version of the game!
