Party Rose Piece IT44 Glitched Out and Lost Forever

Recently, I have been playing (far too many) rounds of Infinity Time to unlock Party Rose on the plants version of the gamemode. This is proven to be a pain as I unlocked all the other characters though not Party Rose as it appears to be glitched and lost forever. This is probably the game thinking I got all the pieces but in reality, I do not. Also, I always get the Infinite Infinity Chest which gives major priorities towards these legendary characters pieces but still no Party Rose IT44 piece after over 22 successful game sessions. Even if I persist to unlocking all other stickers, the game would likely just give me consumable coins instead as it would still think I have both Party Rose pieces. I contacted EA's customer support and I was notified it is sent as a bug report and MAY be fixed during the next patch. This is unsatisfactory as I do not see too many others having this issue and Party Rose may just be literally un-unlockable throughout my entire game file and I have no idea when the next patch would arrive. Even if it is patched, I would not be notified and I would be forced to play another Infinity Time session which has gotten so boring, I easily got to the top 60 global leaderboard and just stopped in-session to get the chest as soon as possible.

If anyone knows when the patch for this arrive, please let me know so I can get the character variant in the game I wanted most.

EDIT: I will be posting footage of my attempts after my first 25 Infinite Infinity Chest as evidence of this situation, I would also like some users to inform how many tries it takes for them to unlock a whole set of 3 per side as a gauge to research whether or not this is pure bad luck or a really unfortunate bug.

I am glad to say this problem have been fixed by PopCap! Party Rose is now obtainable in Infinity Time/Gnomiverse and can be obtained at the same likelihood as the other Party characters. With Party Rose in our Party, it is time to Party!

Oh yes, my account ID is "VoltScience" which my platform is PS4. I never experienced any glitches apart for the usual audio and camera ones until this though this one is just driving me crazy.

I consulted other sources and other players seem to dismiss this simply as "RNG" stating they played many games and rarely get the pieces. I honestly doubt this information is credible however unless those users may be affected by a bug.
The worst thing about this is that we can not even be sure to know if this is the "RNG" being bad or a bug as that chest seem to give a vague fog to block actual knowledge...

The same exact thing is happening to me but here's what's better about it, I can't even get 1 piece of the Rose!!!! I've been playing infinity mode with a lot of friends and everyone is saying I should have her by now ( since its been well over 25 games with nothing but useless accessories and sometimes coins ). She is my favorite character so if this could be fixed, it would be great. At this point if it's not fixed I may just stop playing and not recommend this game.

I know the feeling, to be honest, Rose is the only character in the entire game I truly enjoy using. I am quite glad that I am not the only person getting this issue so I hope the patch for this arrives ASAP. I have already resulted to stopping (at least limiting) my plays of Infinity Time and decided to save my stars for nicer things. Thank you very much for replying, this certainly supports my hypothesis; it is just so frustrating seeing people get her in under 10 plays while we waste nearly a whole 24 hours of our life.
And yes, this is probably one heck of a bug as it is obvious Infinity Time is unstable. Here are a notable amount of bugs and glitches I found from the community and my experiences:
Sometimes unable to move at the spawn, causes the progress to be halted immediately. (May be fixed)
Shooty Gnomes spawned by Floaties in Floatie Attack Waves can usually cause them to stay at the ring it is spawn on and constantly shoot a rapid amount of projectiles, this gnome is never displayed with a marker to show where it is.
Destroying a Floatie just as it is activating its ability to destabilise time would result the graphical effect of the circles that show time from the circles being drained will remain there for the remainder of the session.
Any burn marks on the map (such as shooting the rings of time) will remain there once Gnomus shifts you into another realm, this is due to the map actually being the same except for the visuals.
Charging into gnomes (especially Shieldy Gnomes) can cause them to be stuck in the air causing them to be inactive, these are also not shown with a marker.
Charging into enemies can sometimes knock your vehicle off trajectory in a rather unnatural manner.
Nemesis waves on later waves can spawn an incorrect amount of enemy generators which can cause the player to trigger the "challenge cleared" flag while later having it turned off causing the game to crash.
Giga Gnomes' lasers from their mushrooms can sometimes appear through walls though they do not deal damage (graphical glitch).
King Gnomus in his gnomish vehicle can push players upwards, allowing them to clip and potentially clip out of bounds which would softlock the game.
In split-screen multiplayer, if any player's vehicle reaches 0, music stops playing leaving only sound effects on for the remaining of the waves.
Similarly, defeating a Gnomus at Wave 30 and over can cause the music to also stop playing for the wave as the game thinks the wave is over as you defeated a Gnomus but there is another one.
A singularity can spawn in the chest room, voiding players from their reward.
Immobility in the chest room. This stops the player from moving towards the chest voiding the user from their prize.
Infinite Infinity Chests having the ability to dispense two stickers instead of one though the second sticker is not shown. It is not sure if the bug is not the "not displaying" part or the "two stickers" part. (May be fixed)
The music that plays once you obtain a Legendary sticker can play when obtaining a Super Rare/Rare accessory instead (happens to me every game). (The Infinite Infinity Chest may cause this as a default)
This shows how potentially broken this game mode is.

Wow, you went all in, I had only noticed a few of these things aside from the fact that I can't get my favorite character. My friends and I have been trying for days and nothing so I guess you are right and should save my stars for something better until they fix this (which may take some time). I mean the fact that I can't even get 1 piece of her, very unsatisfying. I am slowly starting to depart the game as I want to be able to use my favorite character but knowing I'm probably not gonna get her give be no incentive to play. I know someone who get her through the packs ( which is probably a glitch) but still, even they have her.

Those are my two friends, and I have more friends who will never get it and won't even know about it yet.
Also one time I was able to open the chest, but a friend was immobile and stuck, unable to open her chest. Not sure if that is the same bug as you mentioned but if not, add that to that massive list.

Thank you very much for your input. I have added this bug as it seem to be at a different location so it is technically a different bug but may be caused by the same thing (probably spawning). The sooner we get all of these known, the sooner PopCap should fix this.

I've also been having this issue. The 3 friends that I play GW2 with all started doing infinity runs just about a week before the last patch. We all have gotten the Party Citron and Party Corn, but we are all stuck with one piece of the Party Rose.
