Just purchased the Party Upgrade for PVZGW2. Got the " funds added to wallet" emaik from PSN, but no email saying a purchase was made.
I checked my PSN account and it said it was purchased.
In the game, i still get the offer to buy it at the mailbox. When i select it, it says i already have it.
Anything special i need to do to have it show in the game?
On PS4 buying the upgrade will simply send a silent "unlock" code to your game and you should find the purchased items available in your Sticker Shop as "Gift Packs".
If those Gift Packs aren't there then you definitely have a problem but that's where you should look.
They don't show there. Going into Settings \ PSN Acct Management \ Acct Info \ Services List on the PS4 menu shows two entries for Party Upgrade. One is "Party Upgrade" the other is "Party Upgrade POP"

Trying to purchase it from in game results in "Not available for purchase"
Clicking "Tell me more" yields "You already own Party Upgrade POP"
The exact same thing just happened to me. I purchased the after party upgrade goonto plants vs zombies look a my sticker shop but nothing is there, for me i got an email saying that i did a purchase but it said I did it an hour before I actually did I'm really confused and upset ☹️
Stop ignoring us and please help! This is happening to me too. We want the content and Sony/Popcap should be able to fix the issue if they just look into it. Don't ignore it, many are having the same issue. If anything you are loosing money on this because of refunds and people not buying it because they are afraid it wont work.
