PC has been suffering from this from what I’ve read on the forum. More so than console. Hopefully this step will get that community active.

Go to your own private GP and rotate slowly with Soldier or Citron while firing primary... it’s worse than you realize until you know what to look for. I started to make a video of it this morning.
I’m not saying console is worse but it’s no better than any PC vids I’ve seen? I would’ve bet it was worse on consoles but now you have me wondering...
(Disclaimer: Wooten and I are good buddies and talk to each other in an R rated manner; no offense intended/always respect and he knows it but I realize many reading don’t.)

They're typically down a fraction of the estimated down-time. I'd say they'll be up in 30-45 minutes of initiating the update.
