pc and xbox one crossplay

i have  plant vs zombies  garden warfare for xbox one if i buy the pc version can i play with my son on the xbox one and pc? thanks!!!

    Unfortunalty they do not crossplay, would be nice if it did though considering I have a really high level on the Xbox One.

    The Frostbite engine is unable to perform Crossplay, sorry, buy something else.
