PC Crashes since Patch. Not Solved

I can confirm that it is a problem with my Origin account, not the game.  I logged into my brother's account and it loaded just fine. Vice versa, when he logged into my account, the game crashed. Username: sylvieb2005

Hey I replicated your problem on xbox one.  On MY xbox, on my account, the game crashes.  On MY xbox, on my husband's account, the game does fine. WTF!

Well I spent 5 hours with EA customer support with no luck in fixing the problem. They had me wipe out temp files, repair the game, delete origin and reinstall, wipe out the game and redownload/reinstall, update my graphics driver.  The problem is not on my end and EA Support can't seem to grasp this.  I can play the game just fine if I just use my brother's login instead of mine.

EAJenni, you seem to be the only one that knows how to fix this. 

while we are talking fixes, i am 100% unable to play, my specs are fine, my drivers, and i have tried other solutions to no avail, i am also experiencing the same issue, where it will not start no matter what i do.

Is this still crashing before the game is fully loaded? Where the sunflower is on the first screen you get to?

Ours is still doing this from last night.

Edited to add, this is as the sunflower is on screen.

I won't be able to check to see if it's still crashing until I get home from work tonight. But at the time (I'm on Xbox One), it would show the first splash screen, then the cutscene, and then the second splash screen where it says "connecting to EA servers" or something like that.  The taco logo and the sunflower logo show up at various times.  Then it drops back to xbox home menu.  DrJill2010 is the gamertag.
