[PC] GW2 Anti Cheat Update Caused Issues When Launching Game

@Jacob2of3 From what i've seen its just made it a bit more inconvient to mod (non cheating mods of course) and all the hackers just stayed on an older version of the game anyway.

How did this go so horribly in not even ten minutes.

@stukapooka im pretty sure you can not use the older versions. Well actual theres a method but its not that known. Even if they were able to you cant use the servers. This anti cheat is just that bad.
