@rulsis Changing regions is probably your best bet if you can't find lobbies of a game, you could also do Ops, PvE or wait for people to join you in a lobby! 🙂
Sorry if that is not much help, but console seems to be busier, however there are players on this forum who do play on PC! They should be able to answer most of your queries! 😃
Cross-play would greatly benefit players on PC especially if it gets added in the future, currently there is no word regarding this though! 😞

Ran Ops again from about 6 PM to close to 8 PM on PC NA East. Had a few people shuffle in and out but had 2-4 people at all times. Had someone leave right as we got an elite Torchwood which I find both annoying and silly. Elite Torchwood is pretty easy and someone joined in late when he was almost down anyway so no reason to bail!
I usually play a lot of Ops as well, usually it's the only Mode I play in this game since I'm not really a fan of the PvP modes most the time.
It's difficult for me to find lobbies in NA East / West, but when I do, it's usually with the same people I've played with before :P
On the other hand, if I switch to EU, I can almost instantly find a Lobby, depending on the time of day.
