It doesn't show up as a list of purchasable games either.
Plants Vs Zombie Game of the year edition is not an option to even buy

Community Manager@managerie76 That indicates it is on a different account than the one you are logging into. If that is the case you will need to contact live support so that they can try to locate the game for you and get that set up so you can get it downloaded again.
Since 2011 I have only one account. I am a casual gamer. This was the only game I have ever purchased.

@managerie76 I understand that but if it isn't in your library at all, and won't allow you to purchase it, support would still need to check and see if they can locate it. Community Managers cant do that because we arent support which is why they have to look into it and we do not.
. So I need to Chat with Support?
