What precisely happens for you?
- game wont get past PopCap loading screen and in some occasions will just be a black screen and have a smaller resolution
Where do you see this issue? If it only occurs in certain modes or regions, please list them.
- when i try to open and play the game
If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?
- when i have to force close it, its still open in Task Manager and its taking up 100% CPU usage and its not even open
