Community AdminI have the same issue. The game stutters horrible and frame drops are common. Whenever I play, my processor always seems to run in full tilt. Especially when on Ultra setting and when the action heats up. It gets even worse in multiplayer, making it unplayable.
I am playing this game on a Dell Inspiron with an I7 7700 HQ, GTX 1060 max-q and 16GB of ram.
Initially I was having the same problem as the rest of you, but after about 5 minutes of game play, the issues radically reduced in severity. I didn't change anything in my settings. So I don't know if I got lucky or if allowing the game to download data files in the background actually resolved this issue for me.
Hope y'all resolve your issues and/or they provide a fix.
Same thing happens to me but it's still around no matter what. It never completely goes away
