PC performance info gathering thread.

What precisely happens for you?

Game feels stuttery, unsmooth and there are a lot of frame drops especially in multiplayer. Multiplayer is barely unplayable as the game is very fast-paced and it's really hard to follow what's going on. Issues still present regardless of resolution or quality change.

Where do you see this issue? If it only occurs in certain modes or regions, please list them.

Everywhere, although solo mode feels a bit better than multiplayer (still quite annoying)

If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?

100% CPU usage, not aware about the GPU usage

Swapping worlds doesn't change anything. 

Specs : 

i5-6400

8GB RAM

GTX 1050 TI
