For me Its constant stuttering. Im on a lower-end pc but its still more than enough for minimum based on the requirements. I have constant stuttering, my fps seems to be constantly dropping from around 40 to 30. Im playing on the lowest settings. It is worse when im with other players in the hub world. Its basically unplayable in online, and it is present in the singleplayer and gets worse with enemies/entities.
