@EA_David This happens anywhere where I'm not alone (Ai, players etc) the game uses 65% of my cpu and 3gb of ram. The main issue is constant stuttering which makes the game somewhat unplayable.

I've played the game on 3 separate computers in my house.
Computer 1 has Core i9 9600k 16gb ram with Radeon Vega 64 - No issues runs super smooth
Computer 2 has Core i7 3700k 8gb ram with Radeon R9 290x - No issues run super smooth
Computer 3 has Core i5 2600k 16gb ram with Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb - Lags like everyone else is experiencing.
So it could be either the i5, or the GTX 1060. I'm leaning towards the Nvidia driver possibly being the issue.

  not really i have a core i7 with nivida geforce 1050 and it still lags a lot

  Yeah i talked to a owner of a radeon graphics card and she too didnt have any issue , so i think its from nvidia driver or something with nvidia cards ^^
