problem with the game pvz gw2,downloaded the game from the Steam platform.I played for 4 days without any problems and then the following happened-the game starts without problems, I play single modes with bots without any problems, but when I load into multiplayer for example Mixed mode: a character selection screen appears, I select a character and after 5-10 seconds the game crashes to the desktop without any error notification , Ea apps just opens which loads and that’s it, the game can also crash when selecting a character, I tried everything and restarted the game and laptop and updated the drivers and cleared the cache and much more. As a result, I’m currently reinstalling the game

@Jumaysinba Thanks for adding the file. With yours, there were quite a few errors that your error report couldn't accurately report. From what I saw though, the following is where I would start.
The main issues:
AppCrash_SECOCL64.exe
- Run the System File Checker tool
- Check for Windows Updates
- Check for GPU updates
- Windows troubleshooting tools
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Optional Registry clean-up
- install CCleaner (it's free) from here
- Run Registry cleaner
- Click review selected issues
- Do you want to back up? No
- Click Fix all selected issues
