Hello, I bought and installed the game from the steam platform. After installation, I played in multiplayer for 2 or 3 days without problems. But then, within a few days, when I entered the portal in PvZ GW2, I went to the lobby on the character selection table, after selecting a character, after 5-15 seconds the game closes itself without a crash report, well, if you just sit in the character selection table, the game in any case closes itself after the same 5-15 seconds.Any single-player modes work without problems.I tried to solve the problem by reinstalling the game, clearing the cache in EA apps and even created a new account in EA by unlinking my Steam account from 1 EA account and as a result I only lost my items in Deluxe edittion.When will support contact me in the future, here is my DxDiag
