[PC] Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville settings not updating

@lndninja Which platform are you on and which settings are you trying to change specifically? Is it just the share usage data or is it other gameplay settings?

    I'm trying to change switch the "share usage data" setting on my PC.
