When I try to start Plants vs zombies, I always get the same error message. It says I haven't activated the game, even though I was able to play it normally on Origin. I also have some ingame time. Any way to fix this?
I have this exact same error in Plants vs. Zombies and I've tried repair and reinstall.
Interestingly I have a similar looking error with activation in Dragon Age: Origins
"Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [NxCharacter.dll] Error: 0x7E"
I highly suspect the errors in these two games relate to the same failure with activation features but the error reporting is reporting differently in the client.
Same problem, and error occurs after clicking Enter Product Key.

I emailed the incompetent and lazy things because they put up barriers to turn off instant messaging. That button doesn't even click. After an hour of repeatedly verifying that I bought the game, the nappies told me that the problem was widespread, that there was no solution, that it was already being viewed, and that they didn't know when or if there will be a fix. I tried uninstalling the game, and then re-installing it in Italian, and it didn't work ☹️ any ideas?
@Shaheenthebean i don't know where you are from. if the game was already in english language... i can't tell you nothing about this problem.
if you are from somewhere else and you had the game in your native language. unistall, change language in english and reinstall it. italian doesn't work man. i had the game in italian had to switch it in english
